I love all the new weapons, I think they are far better than most of the other skins in the game. Is this bonus pack permanent, someone asked me that. I was pretty sure it was, can someone confirm though?

Why didn't you just disable the HUD, you not only wouldn't have the skip button and text but those black bars wouldn't be there, it would be a FULL picture.

Yeah, I've only done the Saul mission (had to go to work, bleh), but it was kinda long and tough at the end, there. I had to do it twice. What I learned:
1) Using the ward and retreat shout at about the same time is a great idea when everyone's under hard fire and overextended - it heals them as they run back to you, then they get healed further while in the ward.
2) Keep Mantra of Inscriptions up at all times and spam that elite signet at every chance on balled-up mobs. The other signets are better used on specific targets; Castigation and Bane on warriors, Unnatural on minions and spirits, you get the idea.
3) Spectral Agony is best used on bosses and the charr beasts, or whatever they're called - the damn fire ele monsters... just ouch on those.
4) The Mursaat don't move from the middle, btw, so when you spread out to avoid getting nuked, they will still be hit. However, they can pretty much hold their own. Never noticed any of them dying.
EDIT:

It wouldn't have taken "weeks." I had dial-up till recently (like, a week ago), and yet I was able to play GW:EN with 0 loading screens on release date by buying it from the in-game store. How, you ask? Its called -image.

Besides the obvious Turai Ossa ending, I'm pretty impressed with all of the cutscenes. Plenty of character motions that I don't remember seeing in any previous cutscenes in Guild Wars.

wow, really? from reading the release notes, it makes it sound like you can only get 4 per account per mission: 1 for doing it then 3 more from getting the 3 bonus objectives. I've been busting my ass all night getting the last saul bonus objective where you have to find the 5 points on the map, when i could have just been repeating the mission?
I think some of this needs clarification, at least anet's misleading release notes

how long did you leave gw on with -image? it took me 2 and a half days to download the first 5 min of gamplay of (dungeon) during that first preview event... 1-2kb/sec i guess is normal, i hear other ppl get faster.
i really hate doing the -img command, especially cause im still a youngin and parents get pissed when i leave the computer on to long, + sometimes turns internet off randomly... which really really sux when right as soon as u leave it turns off... that really sux. i was exagerating on the weeks part...well bearly... also, everyone in my household uses the same dlup connection, including for fax and telephone so... there presents some problems, especially when parents get really paranoid at not getting the "calls" at night ect...complications ftl.
